ABOUT THE PROJECT
Potentials of Entrepreneurship Education in Schools – PEERS is an initiative to transfer best practices and experiences on applying entrepreneurship education in schools in Visegrad countries to Georgia. In the long term, it contributes to establishing a sustainable framework for school-based entrepreneurship education (EE), uniformly raising human capital in Georgia. PEERS includes the development of key resources on EE with an innovative and participatory approach, competence development for teachers and educational professionals as well as policy recommendations and advocacy.
It is recognized by experts that entrepreneurship education contributes, on the one hand, lowering the youth employment rate and on the other hand contributes to developing crucial life skills which in the long term brings valuable social changes. Therefore enriching entrepreneurship education, raising the competencies of teachers and other stakeholders, sharing the experience of the Visegrad countries will significantly contribute to solving many problems.
