The course aims to enhance the integration of Ukrainian migrants in the Czech Republic by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to establish socially responsible businesses. The training consists of an intensive 8-day workshop programme complemented by one month of individual consultations with professional advisers.
Participants acquire competences in business planning, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable management practices, with a strong emphasis on social and environmental responsibility. The course contributes to labour market inclusion, economic self-sufficiency, and the creation of new opportunities within migrant communities.

Zuzana Palová holds a Master’s degree. She has experience as a lector of the Social Business Academy for the Ministry of Labour Office. She is also a teacher of the subject Social Business and NGOs at the Silesian University in Opava, Faculty of Business and Public Administration in Karviná. Additionally, she is a member of the Startup Community in the Moravian-Silesian Region at the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre, where she works as an adviser.

Veronika Skorokhod holds a Master’s degree. She is a lecturer and marketing specialist with four years of experience in marketing and communication. She contributes to research projects in education, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship, and she is actively involved in international initiatives focused on youth and women.
